Baxter Creek Veterinary Clinic is a small animal hospital conveniently located in the heart of Bozeman. Drs. Spencer Anderson, Jessica Bienapfl, Miles Arakaki and Palmer Poutre are licensed and accredited veterinarians who know your pets are family. We take pride in our ability to work closely with our clients and form a health plan while utilizing the latest in diagnostic and treatment protocols.

We also value our desire to be practical about the care we recommend, and help clients make an informed decision about the type of care they desire for their animals. We offer wellness check-ups, vaccinations, dental care, acupuncture, an in-house laboratory, as well as drop-off appointments, and surgery. We are honored to be your providers, and we are committed to providing you and your pets with quality care and services.

Shanna came to Baxter Creek Vet in June of 2013.
She is originally from Kent, Ohio.
She started working in the veterinary field as an assistant in 2000 and earned her degree in Veterinary Technology in 2006.
During her college years, Shanna worked summers in Yellowstone National Park and discovered a great love of this area and decided to work towards moving here permanently.
In her free time she enjoys hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and skiing.
Alyssa is originally from the San Diego area and moved to Montana in 2012.
We provide preventive care for all ages and life stages of animals.
Routine examinations and proactive preventive care can enhance quality of life and help avoid illness and injury.
We offer tailored vaccine protocols for canine and feline patients.
Our goal is to administer vaccinations at the lowest frequency, while providing adequate protection against infectious diseases.
Antibody titer testing is available.
Recommendations for heartworm prevention, as well as flea, tick, and GI parasite medications can be made based on your animal's individual risk for exposure.
