When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we'll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet.
In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.
Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed.

She started out as a part time Customer Care Specialist while completing her certification with Penn Foster for Veterinary Assistance.
She enjoys time with her husband on their farm in Chadwick, has a few animals, five dogs, two cats and two Clydesdale's, and loves gardening.
Babbi has been with OVC since August of 2016.
She is married to Mark Coffer and has two sons, one daughter-in-law and three beautiful grandchildren.
Babbi loves spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs Booger and Gus.
