Call (315) 446-1200 or Text (315) 847-3735 when you arrive. The team member assisting you will go over the appointment items, notes, and obtain your parking space number. You will be asked if you have been fully vaccinated (2 Moderna, 2 Pfizer, 1 Johnson and Johnson). If you have been vaccinated and are willing to provide proof of such, you will be brought in with your pet for the appointment when the doctor is ready.
If you have NOT been vaccinated, or are unwilling to show proof of such, you will need to remain in your vehicle while your pet is brought in for the appointment. Due to the small size of clinic, only 1 vaccinated adult per pet will be allowed in the appointment. The only exception to this rule is for euthanasia appointments. Safety remains our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation with these changes to keep our staff, clients, and pets safe.
