By the age of 16, she was writing a business plan in her entrepreneurial class in high school for a small animal hospital.
She attended Oklahoma State University for her bachelor's in Animal Science along with her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Bone is a Kansas transplant after veterinary school and a year spent in the Kansas City area completing a year of advanced studies.
She has been in the Tulsa area for 9 years now and is grounded in the roots she has set.
