As hurricane season is upon us, we are enforcing a hurricane policy in the event that an evacuation becomes a reality.
For ALL pets in our care, whether boarding, hospitalized or for grooming, we have to have three emergency contacts that can pick up your pet(s) if needed.
In the event of an emergency evacuation, ALL pets must be picked up within 24 hours.
Once an evacuation is deemed necessary, whether voluntary or mandatory, we will immediately start contacting emergency contacts.
These contacts MUST be able to pick up your pet(s).
