When you become a new client we want to know basic information about your lifestyle.
We need to know is this person extremely pressed for time and needs a phone call, would they like to talk some things over in person, or if they want to know anything possible about their pet and what we can do to help.
We need to know if they need assistance with their pets to and from their vehicle.
You will not find a phone at the front desk.

We have a small animal exam room for pets less than 30 pounds and two exam rooms for pets over 30 pounds.
Each exam room has its own waiting room with a TV, where you can relax while we are getting things ready.
All pets receive a thorough physical exam by your nurse and doctor along with an individualized treatment plan.
If you are getting vaccinations we want to make sure your pet gets only what they need, so we ask the owners to fill out a risk assessment sheet at each yearly visit.
This helps determine the appropriate vaccinations based on your pets environmental conditions.
Each exam room has its own waiting room with a TV, where you can relax while we are getting things ready.

Our boarding is clean, spacious, and inviting.
We work to minimize pet stress by using calming pheromone diffusers, aromatherapy oils, playing soothing music throughout the kennels, and Dog TV.
All patients that board 3 or more days will receive a free bath, nail-trim and ear cleaning!
