Growing up, Dr. Gibson owned a wide variety of animals, but after working several summers in a vet clinic, he quickly realized that he wanted to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.
Dr. Gibson attended the University of Georgia and obtained a BSA in Animal Science.
He quickly found his way into the University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with a doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1982.
After graduating, Dr. Gibson could not imagine any other place but home to have his own practice.
