Services
At Campus Veterinary Clinic we are committed to providing your pet with compassionate, quality care, and to providing you with the knowledge and tools to enhance the bond that you share.
We believe the foundation to a long and healthy life for all pets is preventative care.
Annual wellness check-ups, parasite prevention and blood screenings ensure your pet's continued well-being, and help us catch subtle changes in their health before problems occur.
As health issues arise, we are able to provide more extensive treatments for our patients to manage illnesses and help them live a full life.
Dr. Patrick Pierson draws on his deep experience in small animal medicine to provide exceptional preventative and surgical care for his clients.
Originally from Paris, Dr. Pierson earned his doctorate in veterinary medicine from Ross University.
Since graduating he has focused on dogs, cats, pocket pets and rabbits, with a special interest in dentistry, soft-tissue surgery and internal medicine.
Dr. Pierson enjoys playing soccer, gardening and traveling - especially to visit family and friends in France.
We look forward to providing a lifetime of care for your pet, and preventative healthcare plays a vital role in achieving a longer, happier life for them.
Annual wellness exams for adult pets (ages 1-6) and twice-a-year wellness exams when older (ages 7+), provide an opportunity to discuss nutrition, behavior and other concerns with your pet's doctor.
These visits can help your veterinarian diagnose, treat or ideally prevent health problems before they become chronic or life-threatening.
Campus Veterinary Clinic advocates for all pets be kept up to date on their vaccine schedule.
Did you know that 85% of pets age 3 and up have periodontal disease?
It's true.
And dental disease can effect the overall health of your pet and lead to larger, more costly medical problems such as heart disease.
A key component of preventative care, we include mouth exams during your pet's annual exam to check for any sign of dental disease.
We also offer free dental examinations throughout the year if you're noticing signs of a possible dental issue, such as doggy breath (which is caused by tarter build up and gum disease) or chewing difficulties (which can be a sign of a tooth decay).
Even though you take all the necessary steps to keep your pet healthy, they can develop chronic diseases that need ongoing management such as diabetes, Cushing's disease or inflammatory bowel disease.
Our staff is dedicated to providing the attentive and compassionate care needed to keep your furry friend thriving despite their ongoing health issues.
The veterinarian will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is effective and affordable, and will allow your pet to keep their tail wagging.
