A. Dr. Maxwell says there's not hard and fast rule for when to bathe your pets.
It depends on their activity level and whether they are indoors most of the time or if they spend a lot of time outdoors.
A. According to Dr. Maxwell, the right breed will differ depending on your activity level and family lifestyle.

Dr. Maxwell advises that although it may be okay to administer a small amount of over-the-counter antihistamines for occasional itchiness (dosage should be based on the weight of the dog) clients should exercise extreme caution and be sure that the itchiness is not being caused by a more serious skin allergy.
