The staff at North Elm Animal Hospital are exceptional and the most caring veterinarians I have ever encountered! Thank you for saving BELLA and her 7 puppies that were delivered by emergency C-Section today. Without you and your amazing staff, Bella would not be here tonight. I called and you answered, and Bella was on her way to surgery. I called numerous vets in both Asheboro and Greensboro and none of them could/would help her immediately, but your office did, and we all thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are also very affordable which is great. Thank you again for saving Bella and her babies. You guys are truly wonderful, and I would give you 100 stars if I could!

Words cannot express how thankful I am to our Vet’s Office! The docs and staff at North Elm Animal Hospital have been nothing but incredible through the loss of our good girl Lucy. The entire experience was handled with such grace and thoughtfulness. We had her cremated and while we waited for her ashes to be ready, we got a card with handwritten notes from all three of the docs that Lucy had seen over the years, and paw prints they had taken of all four of her sweet feet! 💗 Then when we picked up her ashes we expected a bag in a card bore box, but no, we received a beautiful carved wooden box with a metal plate with her name on it! 💗 Then today in the mail, we received a card letting us know that North Elm donated to Dylan’s Heart on Lucy’s behalf!!
