2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash.
All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.
Park Plaza Animal Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program.
In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

Please ADD a dental cleaning (in addition to today's non-dental surgery) for additional cost.
Please have the doctor examine my pets teeth and call me with an estimate.
If we discover a growth or tumor that needs to be removed, I want the doctor to remove it at additional cost.
Please have the doctor call me with an estimate.
If his ears are dirty and clogged, I want them cleaned and flushed while under anesthesia for only $15 per ear.
Please ADD a dental cleaning (in addition to today's non-dental surgery) for additional cost.
