Family Veterinary Hospital
Family Veterinary Hospital has served the Evergreen and mountain communities since 2010. Husband and wife Drs. Kevin Inman and Elizabeth Lawrence are committed to the health and well-being of your family cat, dog or pocket pet. Offering a full range of services, we are specially trained to care for your pet's dental, surgical, pain management, and emergency needs.

We live and work in your community, and have flexible hours so we can be available to treat your special friend at a time that works for you both. Our staff at Family Veterinary Hospital is filled with passionate animal lovers who are here to help you and your pet! They are highly trained and dedicated to making sure that your pets receive the care and compassion every time that they walk in the door!

We called the day before New Years Eve to see if we could get George in for a nail trim and much more importantly Coach, our 13 year old lab in to have his mouth checked and he was limping badly. There were no opening at this time so Nicky suggested I call back in the morning.
Services
With aspirations of serving the community they live in, husband and wife veterinarians Dr. Kevin Inman and Dr. Liz Lawrence established Family Veterinary Hospital in 2010.
Both Dr. Kevin and Dr. Liz graduated from Colorado State University Veterinary School in 2000.
We are committed to the health and happiness of your companion.
Our goal is to offer the most complete, compassionate care in the mountain community.
Our complement of services includes basic and advanced dental care, wellness services (vaccinations and routine lab work), diagnosing and treating internal diseases, acupuncture, laser therapy, and stem cell therapy.
At Evergreen Family Veterinary Hospital, we offer a full range of services to help your dog, cat, or pocket pet live a healthy and happy life.
We tailor our protocols to your pet based on his or her individual risk factors.
All pets are different, and puppies and kittens require treatment that differs from that of a mature pet.
We treat pocket pets such as rodents, ferrets and rabbits.
For these pint-sized pets, we can perform full examinations, laboratory tests, x-rays, general surgeries and dental work such as trimming overgrown teeth.
Family Vet has partnered with local animal rescue and welfare organizations to help make a difference for some special small lives.
We believe that part of our obligation as veterinary professionals is to show our appreciation for our education and share it with others.
Our Junior Vet program allows youth from our community to come in and experience a behind-the-scenes visit in our hospital.
Additionally, we host school tours as a way of giving children a glimpse at what we do.
At Family Veterinary Hospital, you can expect state of the art medical care for your pet.
We believe in nurturing the human-pet bond and creating a harmonious relationship between people and pets.
You can expect to be greeted by a courteous receptionist, clean exam rooms, friendly doctors, and caring technicians.
We appreciate the role we get to play in your pets' health care.
To save time, you can complete our New Client Paperwork in the comfort of your own home or office and bring it to your first appointment.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered.
In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing cost, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) checks, cash and CareCredit (with a $200 minimum purchase).
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.
Family Veterinary Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program.
It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into monthly installments with 6 months no interest.
