Services
Tigertown Veterinary Hospital is a full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care.
We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories.
We also work closely with Auburn University when special diagnostic and surgical referrals are required.
The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray and ultrasound capabilities, and a closely supervised hospitalization area.
Dr. Carroll is an Auburn/Opelika area native.
He graduated from Auburn High in 1992, from Auburn University with a B. S. in zoology in 1997, and obtained his D.V.M. from the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002.
After graduation, he practiced for 3 years in a busy, multi-doctor practice in Dalton, GA before moving on to manage an affiliated satellite clinic in the same area in 2005 and 2006.
Professional interests include internal medicine, ultrasonography, preventative medicine, and client communication.
Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination.
Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems.
Tigertown Veterinary Hospital is committed to wellness.
Our philosophy is that prevention is preferable to treating sick pets!
When you schedule an annual exam, in addition to pertinent vaccinations, we will discuss our junior and senior blood testing profiles, as well as urine and fecal analysis, that often will uncover underlying health issues that may have otherwise gone undetected.
