While many businesses have closed during this unprecedented health crisis, the Animal Hospital of North Dover is doing everything possible to keep our patients, clients, and staff healthy while still being able to provide veterinary services to our community. Therefore, for the foreseeable future, we ask all clients coming for appointments to park near the front of the hospital and to call us at (732) 370-6369 from their cars to let us know that they have arrived.
A technician will complete the admission process and get a detailed history over the phone. After that, clients will be asked to bring their leashed pet or cat in a carrier to the front door. The patient will be transferred to the technician who will bring the patient into the hospital while the clients will return to their car. After the examination, the veterinarian will call the clients to discuss the findings and get permission for any treatments or tests.
Anyone picking up food or medications will also be asked to call us from the parking lot to arrange payment over the phone, and the product will be brought to them at the front door.
