This is defined as your pet having been examined by one of our veterinarians in our hospital in the last year.
We are legally not permitted to provide Telemedicine consultations for patients that do not fulfill this requirement.

In 2020, the team at Queen City Animal Hospital went through the lengthy process to become AAHA accredited, and are so excited to share this news with you!
But why is AAHA accreditation important?
What does it really mean for you and your pets?
The American Animal Hospital Association is the only organization to accredit companion animal veterinary hospitals in the US and Canada.
Nearly 60 percent of pet owners believe their veterinary hospital is accredited when it is not.
In actuality, only 12-15% of veterinary hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited by AAHA.
Is your dog or cat nervous every time you turn the car in the direction of the vet?
Do you dread taking your beloved pet in for an exam because you know they'll be frightened, upset, and anxious?
If so, you need to experience the difference of a low-stress veterinary visit.
Such a thing does exist!
At Queen City Animal Hospital, we have both doctors and staff that are Fear-Free certified.
What does it mean to be fear-free certified?
It's more than just claiming we handle animals gently.
It's a promise to you-one that we've made with a lot of preparation and training to back it up.
