He received his veterinary training at the University of Missouri in Columbia. Following graduation in 1969, he served as a veterinary officer in the United States Air Force at 3rd Air Force Headquarters in London, England. Dr. Borgman has served the local and veterinary communities through membership and active participation in civic clubs, the Chamber of Commerce, his church, the American Animal Hospital Association, and the Florida Veterinary Medical Association.
