Dr. Duncan grew up in upstate New York, living in Pittsburgh, Chicago and Houston before settling in the Atlanta area.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the State University of New York and graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, where he was awarded the Certificate of Merit for proficiency in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery.
He has worked in general practice and surgery-only practice and has performed thousands of surgeries.
Dr Donelan grew up mostly in Massachusetts.
